Whatsapp has introduced some new features in its new Android version that include text section toolbar for changing fonts and an emoji search option.
According to report in Android police on Monday version 2.17.148 for Android has a floating text toolbar to let users to change to various font types.
In order to change the font style, one needs to select the texts, tap on overflow button or three dots in the toolbar and choose from bold, italic and strikethrough (strikethrough) or monospace options and it will be change style instantly.
"This reduce the need for users to remember all the symbols required to make texting on what's app interesting." the report said.
Second is the new emoji search option for Android which was until now available for iOS. The emoji search icon is on the bottom left and works well.
"Both of these have been live for at least a few WhatsApp beta versions. But in case you don't, you can grab the latest beta from APK Mirror or by joining the official Play Store beta programmer and waiting for the app to update automatically," the report added.
